Force Majeur

The Little Gym Köln reserves the right to cancel classes, camps or birthday parties due to the occurrence of an unforeseeable event i.e. government lockdown, restricted access to The Little Gym facility etc. In case such a Force Majeure occurs, we will replace face to face activities normally taking place at the gym with an online offering. If The Little Gym activities move online our standard terms and conditions apply.

Policies

Clothing

Children should wear comfortable clothing and must be barefoot to maximise safety and freedom. Jewellery, food and chewing gum are not permitted in the gym. Adults entering the gym are asked to remove their shoes (adults may wear socks). The Little Gym is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Behavioural Issues

If a child is being disruptive, destructive, or dangerous to themselves, other children, or staff members during class or special events, we will make every effort to work with parents and the child in question to resolve this behaviour. If the behaviour persists or other undesired behaviours develop, the child in question will be asked to take a break from the class or event.

Photo and video recording

In the interest of child protection and with respect for your fellow members’ privacy, we must insist that anyone wishing to take photographs or videos of their children in our facility gain permission from all of the other parents/caretakers present in the facility.

Safety Responsibilities

We do everything to offer your family the highest standard of safety and hygiene. But that’s not all: Our gym equipment, mats, floors and furniture meet the latest safety standards. Parents, siblings and guests are always welcome to observe classes from the lobby. We ask the parents or guardians to keep an eye on the children in the lobby and to assume responsibility for the duty of supervision accordingly. The contractual partner is asked not to use the gym facilities without an instructor and also to follow all instructions from the employees of The Little Gym and to comply with the house rules. Siblings are not permitted to participate in class activities unless they are enrolled in that class.
