Tracie & Marlene, owners

Marlene and Tracie have 40 years of The Little Gym experience between them and have worked together since 2012 when Marlene joined Tracie and set them on a path to becoming and maintaining the No.1 spot in the Little Gym network (Chiswick, over 1000 members). Their success owes a lot to their brilliant and expanding teaching team, all of whom delight in developing children’s skills and are eager for new challenges. They now own TLG Wandsworth & Fulham and are thrilled to launch TLG Wimbledon this summer. Never stop growing!

Meet Emma, a powerhouse at The Little Gym! Starting her TLG journey back in 2017, and now working as Gym Manager in our Chiswick branch, Emma infuses classes with her passion for movement. With a background in ballet and contemporary dance, she brings creativity and technique to every session. Since joining The Little Gym, over the years Emma has expanded her role to support marketing and operations across our multiple locations. Known for her warm demeanour, Emma fosters a sense of community among both children and parents. As The Little Gym Wimbledon opens in September 2024, she is excited to bring her expertise and passion to this exciting new chapter.

Meet Molly, our Gym Director here in Wimbledon! Growing up, Molly's passion for movement was ignited through dance and sports. She has choreographed and performed for many different dance companies over the years as well as successfully led working teams within the fitness industry. When she finally wanted to explore other avenues of teaching, transitioning into working with children felt like the natural progression! Starting her journey at The Little Gym in 2023 at our Wandsworth branch Molly brings many different layers to her exciting new role here at The Little Gym Wimbledon! Combining her passion for physical activity with a deep interest in movement development for children, when working alongside our little gym-ers, she is dedicated to nurturing their true potential and building a true community around them.

Meet Maisey! Maisey began her gymnastics journey at an early age, building up to competing internationally. Since retiring from her competitive career, she has found a new passion in children’s development teaching at The Little Gym, sharing the joy of gymnastics in a positive and supportive environment. Maisey's The Little Gym Journey started back in 2022 at The Little Gym in Wandsworth gaining a wealth of skills and knowledge during her time there. She is excited to now be joining our Wimbledon Team as our Programme Director, leading our team of teachers to excellence! Alongside teaching with us, Maisey is also a skilled Sports Rehabilitator, helping athletes to recover from injuries and regain strength. Whether she's teaching at the little gym or assisting athletes in recovery, her mission is to positively contribute to their journey. A true dynamic mix of passion and fun
